Briot's All-in-One Accura Pro Edger

For Selected Off-Line Jobs

The Briot Accura Pro all-in-one edger is ideal for off-line processing of selected lenses, like glass or high index. In nearly every lab set-up, certain jobs can be processed more efficiently on a separate, dedicated machine. The Accura Pro offers the advantage of executing all steps from trace to polish in one unit. Some smaller labs do a majority of jobs on the Accura Pro, which has a cutting speed comparable to many production lab edgers.

ALL-IN-ONE CUTS LABOR:
Like the Accura Lab model, the Accura Pro can edge, groove, saftey bevel and polish a lens automatically without removing it from the edging chamber. In contrast to the Accura Lab model, the Accura Pro is an all-in-one edger that also includes an integrated frame tracer and blocker for complete finishing in one machine. This eliminates separate stations and steps.
ALL-IN-ONE CUTS TIME:
The Accura Pro's cutting speed for most lenses is well under 60 seconds. Because all finishing steps like saftey bevel and polish are executed automatically you can shave as much as one third off total processing time.
